FOUNDATIONS is an affordable, 30-day course to teach you the skills step-by-step so you can achieve your health goals and stick with them for the long term. You will master the effective movements of functional fitness, develop a growth mindset, and lay a solid foundation for a strong, capable, healthy lifestyle.

What is the Foundations Course?

  • Short, easy to digest fitness tutorial videos so you can master the skills,
  • Drills so you can perfect your functional movements,
  • 3-4 full workouts programmed per week so you can put your skills into action.
  • Morning audio podcasts to build a growth mindset
  • Activities and questions to deep dive into what you value most and narrow your focus so your growth potential is unhindered
  • A fitness assessment you can easily test your cardiovascular health, muscular strength, endurance, flexibility and agility every month to track your progress.
  • BONUS: Your fitness will be personally evaluated by our coaches through video analysis so you can train safely and effectively.

Stefanie and Jasmine are sisters on a mission! Since childhood they have together dreamed, planned and organized numerous projects. It’s in their DNA to create. They are passionate to pull potential out of people so they can live and shine brightly. They truly believe that YOU are more capable than you think!

Stefanie Hitchborn

Stefanie has been active all her life, trying every sport she could get her hands on. After having her first baby, she started teaching bootcamp classes as a means of earning a bit of income on the side. This led to teaching aquafit and then to CrossFit. The passion grew and she became a co-owner of a CrossFit gym. In the gym she found that people’s lives were being changed by effective workouts, amazing community and refined mindsets. Now she wants to share this experience beyond the walls of the gym to anyone, anywhere online.

Jasmine Dolotov

Jasmine has grown up passionate about health and fitness. Since the age of 6, following along with her mom’s aerobic videos she has found great joy in fitness and sharing it with others. Her education is in Exercise Science and is certified as a personal trainer, group fitness and boot camp instructor. Over the past twenty years, she has volunteered in roles such as youth leader, camp counselor, community activity coordinator and been a mentor to several young women. She sees the struggle many live with and desires to come alongside, encourage, speak value, and equip others to recognize their potential and live their destiny.

Frequently Asked Questions


When does the course start and finish?
You will have immediate access. We recommend taking one month to complete it, but the beauty of it is that you can do it at your own pace and in your preferred location.
How long do I have access to the course?

What fitness skill level does this course apply to?
No prior experience necessary! You just need to be cleared by your doctor to begin an exercise program. This course will teach you functional, effective and safe methods of fitness from the ground up. Each module is scalable from beginner to advanced athlete.
What are the time requirements for this course?
This course will provide modules in fitness & mindset training that will take you 20-60min per day to complete, 3 days per week, 4 weeks total. You are able to go at your own pace. The weekends are great to catch up if needed.
What equipment will be needed?
-1 or 2 sets of dumbbells -Skipping rope -Ab mat or rolled-up towel -Sturdy box, step or chair -A journal (or word doc)
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you have completed module 1 and feel you aren't satisfied please contact us via email ([email protected]) for a full refund. We are not able to issue refunds if you have completed more than 50% of the course.
